Picture Perfect Video is a premium video marketing agency producing cinematic content for hospitality, entertainment, experiential and fitness brands across Las Vegas, Dallas and Los Angeles. We are hiring one part-time editor to join our remote team.
[!⚡] The short version
One part-time editor. Flexible hours, approximately 20 a week. $1,000 USD a month. Fully remote, anywhere in the world. Ongoing retainer work with PPV, not a one off project. Color grading is the skill we care about most.
[!🌎] A note on location and rate
This role is posted worldwide. The $1,000 USD per month is our remote international rate. If you are based in the United States, compensation is structured differently and would be higher, so just tell us where you are located when you apply and we will go from there.
To be upfront about it: there is a short sample test edit, it is unpaid and voluntary, it takes a few hours, and you keep everything you make. The trial project that follows is real client work and it is paid.

Four skills, in this order. If you are strong at number one, keep reading, because that is the one that gets people hired here.
[!🎨] 1. Color Grading (most important)
This is the skill we care about most. You must be able to balance and match footage shot to shot, keep skin tones clean, match drone to ground footage, and build a creative look that fits a brand. If your color is strong, everything else is teachable.
[!🔊] 2. Sound Design and Pacing
Cuts that land on the beat. Proper levels. Whooshes, impacts, ambient beds and risers used with taste. Energy that builds and holds through the entire runtime, not just the first three seconds.
[!✏️] 3. Design and Motion
Clean typography, lower thirds, simple motion graphics and text animation that reads as premium and corporate, never cluttered.
[!🤖] 4. AI Fluency
You can write a detailed generation prompt, produce a usable AI clip, and grade it so it cuts seamlessly against live-action footage.
